This Berlin Film Festival Best Documentary award winner is a tender insight into the life of a gay Jewish man and his 'families.' After being kicked out of his conservative kibbutz for not being 'religious,' 21-year old Saar flees to the freedom of London and lives the dream, but the dream soon turns into a nightmare... With the support and warmth of his surrogate brothers -The London Gay Men’s Chorus - Saar has to decide between his two worlds - should he return to Israel and embrace his family once more, or stay in London. Filmed over several years, WHO’S GONNA LOVE ME NOW? is an intimate and honest slice of real life about family and forgiveness which celebrates the triumph of love over hate, of understanding over ignorance and the melding of cultures that traditionally view each other as extreme. It's a universal story that is beautifully punctuated by a glorious soundtrack from The London Gay Men’s Chorus.
The film is part-subtitled.
